 Card of Thanks - Lawson

The family of the late June Lawson would like to express our since thank you to all who send cards, called, visited and brought food. Thank you to all who gave flowers and made memorial donations in June’s memory. Your kindness and generosity is appreciated. We would like to thank the Rev. Florence Antle-Brison for the many home visits and June’s service. Thanks to the U.C.W. for hosting the reception and to the Bass River Fire Department for use of the hall. The family would also like to say thank you to Dr. Karen Ewing for her care and to the many VON support workers and nurses that made it possible for June to stay in her home. A special thank you to Dianne and Myrna for all the hours spent with June and the treats brought to her.

We would like to extend a Heartfelt Thank You to all the many people who helped us in so many different & wonderful ways during the time of Hazel’s sickness & passing and also during & after her service April 13th,2013. There is so many of you to Thank and we Thank Each & Every One of You. We especially want to thank Hazel’s sister Helen & her husband Roy for their support throughout this time and for boarding us during Hazel’s stay in Halifax Hospital & being with us at her time of passing. We thank Alice Pugsley for Driving us to Truro & then on to Halifax to be with Hazel on that last Day. We want to Thank everyone who attended the service, The UCW for their kind words spoken at the Service & for the wonderful Reception after & all the many people who helped by supplying the delicious lunch.

We Thank our minister Florence Antle-Brison for a wonderful Service, my Grandson Allan for a beautiful Eulogy & Granddaughters Lori & Joy for passing out Red Roses to the Ladies after the reception. A big thank you to Alan Lewis, Wayne Elliott & Russell & Sandra McCullum for an outstanding job of performing one of Hazel’s favorite hymns "Beyond the Rain". We also thank the entire Choir & the Organist Valerie Pugsley for their Superb job.

Thank you to Parrsboro’s Floral Design for the beautiful flowers & a thank you to the men who carried the flowers for the Gravesite. We also thank Smith’s Funeral Home for the amazing job they did organizing Everything and Last but not least We want to Thank ALL of our Family & Friends for their support and for the cards, donations, phone calls, eats, hugs and Shoulders for us to cry on.
